Sweet and Salty Breakfast Parfait

Our Upstate Farms® Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt is layered with fresh strawberries and whole-grain pretzel crumble.

12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt

1/2 lb. salted butter, melted

2 1/4 lbs. hard pretzels, crushed

1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 lbs. strawberries, diced

2 lbs. blueberries, IQF, thawed


1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, flour and pretzels until just combined. Spread mixture on a sheet tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

3. To serve, add 1/2 cup of yogurt to each bowl. Top with 2 tbsp. blueberries, 2 tbsp. of diced strawberries, 2 tbsp. of pretzel crumble and sprinkled cinnamon.
