This plant processes and produces Upstate Niagara’s fresh cheese products that are enjoyed across the country, including Low Moisture String Cheese, Ricotta, Mozzarella, and other Italian cheeses.
Cultured Products Plant - West Seneca, NY
This state-of-the-art facility continues to grow in footprint and in product lines. The plant is engineered to produce a full line of high-quality cultured products including: yogurt, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream and sour cream-based dip.
North Country Dairy - North Lawrence, NY
This plant is engineered to specialize in the production of yogurt. Since entering the company’s portfolio of production facilities, it has continually been enhanced to meet the growing demands of the yogurt customer and consumer. Currently, yogurt produced at North Country Dairy can be shipped in over 10 different types of packaging.
Dale Road Fluid Plant - Buffalo, NY
This plant produces primarily fluid products such as half & half, heavy cream, orange juice, single-serve drinks, buttermilk, ice cream mix and self-serve frozen yogurt for the entire organization.
Fulton Avenue Fluid Plant - Rochester, NY
This plant receives, processes, and packages fluid milk and cream for a variety of markets in the northeast.
O-AT-KA Specialty Milk Plant - Batavia, NY
