No Bake Cake Batter Cheesecake

Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and cream cheese are whipped together and layered atop of a sugar cookie crust and finished with rainbow sprinkles.

Ingredients

2 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
4 tbsp. cream cheese
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
4 sugar cookies, crumbled
4 tsp. rainbow sprinkles

Directions

1. In a stand mixer on low speed, combine the Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, cream cheese, and powdered sugar and allow to fully whip together until smooth.
2. In four (4) stemless wine glasses, place an equal amount of cookie crumbles in each glass.
3. Top the cookie crumbles with filling, and finish with rainbow sprinkles.
