Mini Cinnamon Cereal Parfait

Crunchy mini cinnamon cereal is folded into Upstate Farms® Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt with cinnamon streusel and a butterscotch drizzle.

Ingredients

10 cups Upstate Farms® Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 stick unsalted butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
5 cups mini cinnamon cereal
1 cup butterscotch drizzle, warmed

Directions

1. In a food processor, combine flour, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon to create cinnamon streusel topping.
2. In large serving glasses, layer the Upstate Farms® Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt with the cinnamon cereal and cinnamon streusel topping.
3. Garnish with the butterscotch drizzle.
