5 cups Upstate Farms® Nonfat Cherry Vanilla Yogurt
½ cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
20 packaged short cake dessert shells, warmed
1/2 caramel dessert topping
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1. In a small bowl, combine Upstate Farms® Nonfat Cherry Vanilla Yogurt, 1/4 cup of the cherries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir together.
2. Stack two short cakes atop of each other. Ladle Upstate Farms® Nonfat Cherry Vanilla Yogurt over stacked cakes, and then drizzle with caramel and remaining cherries.
3. Garnish powdered sugar and serve while still warm.
