Greek Yogurt Mac & Cheese Bake

For a healthy take on an American classic, Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt is combined with elbow macaroni, white cheddar cheese, English peas and red peppers.

12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt  

3 1/2 lbs. enriched elbow macaroni  

5 cups shredded white cheddar cheese

2 1/2 lbs. peas, frozen

2 1/2 lbs. bell peppers, frozen, diced  


1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.

2. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add the macaroni and cook for 11 minutes or until tender.

3. In a 6-inch hotel pan, combine macaroni, white cheddar cheese, Upstate FarmsĀ® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, peas and peppers. Bake mixture for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Serve.
