12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
2 1/2 lbs. basil pesto
1 lb. kale, trimmed, chopped
3 1/2 lbs. enriched spaghetti
1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes or until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. In a large pot or steam kettle over medium heat, bring Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, pesto and kale to a simmer.
3. To serve, place 1/2 cup cooked spaghetti in bowl. Top with creamy pesto and Parmesan cheese.
