12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 gal. unsalted chicken stock
1 #10 can navy beans, drained
2 cups onions, frozen, diced
1 cup celery, frozen, diced
1 cup carrot, frozen, diced
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup chili powder
1. In a large pot or steam kettle, combine stock, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Stir in the yogurt and bring back to a simmer. Serve.
