Yukon gold potatoes are slow baked with Upstate Farms® Cottage Cheese, onions, garlic, and topped with sharp yellow cheddar.Serves: 4
2 cups Upstate Farms® Cottage Cheese
10 baby Yukon gold potatoes, sliced into circles with skin on
1/2 cup white onion, diced
4 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 cups sharp yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
2. In a small greased casserole dish, layer the potatoes with Upstate Farms® Cottage Cheese, onion, garlic, and 1 3/4 cups of the cheddar cheese lightly seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Top layers with remaining cheddar cheese and bake in oven for 35 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden brown.
