Parmesan cheese is mixed with Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, spread on a pita round, and topped with spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grilled sausage.Serves: 10
1 1/4 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 1/4 cups grated parmesan
10 pita rounds
1 1/4 cups sautéed spinach
2 cups sliced, cooked Italian sausage
3 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Preheat an oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
2. Mix the parmesan with Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt.
3. Spread about 1/4 cup on each pita and top each with spinach, sausage, and cheese.
4. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, cut into quarters and serve.
