Carved flank steak is ready to be devoured in a grilled flatbread with shaved red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce, with an Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt dill and garlic sauce.Serves: 10
1 1/2 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
3 lbs. flank steak, cooked medium rare
10 flatbreads, grilled
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 English cucumber, sliced thin
2 beefsteak tomatoes, cored and sliced
1 red onion, shaved thin
1. Mix Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic.
2. Slice the flank steak into strips and place on the flatbread atop shredded lettuce.
3. Top with cucumbers, tomato, red onion, and sauce.
