Grilled chicken is tossed with tangy Buffalo wing sauce and served in a toasted pretzel slider bun with sliced tomato, lettuce, and Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt bleu cheese sauce.Serves: 10
1 1/2 cups Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1/2 cup bleu cheese crumbles
10 grilled chicken breasts, cut in half
2 cups Buffalo sauce
20 toasted pretzel bun sliders
20 small butter lettuce leaves
20 sliced tomatoes
1. Mix Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt with the bleu cheese crumbles.
2. Sauce the grilled chicken in the the Buffalo sauce.
3. On the heel of each slider, place a lettuce leaf and tomato slice.
4. Top with Buffalo chicken and bleu cheese yogurt, and crown the slider. Serve.
