12 1/2 lbs. Upstate Farms® Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
8 lbs. bananas, peeled, sliced
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 lb. salted butter
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
3 lbs. corn flakes, crushed
1. Preheat an oven to 350°F.
2. In a medium-sized pot over medium heat, mix the brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Cook until the mixture is combined.
3. In a large bowl, combine the butter mixture and sliced bananas. Spread onto a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes or until the bananas are soft and slightly caramelized.
4. To serve, place 1/2 cup of yogurt into each bowl. Top with 2 tbsp. of bananas and 1/4 cup of corn flakes. Serve.
