Caramel coated peanuts and apples in edible toasted crêpe bowls are served with a dollop of cinnamon-infused Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and white chocolate drizzle.Serves: 4
1⁄2 cup Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup apples, sliced
1⁄2 cup roasted peanuts
1⁄4 cup caramel sauce
4 pre-made crêpes
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine cinnamon and Upstate Farms® Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt and set aside.
3. Combine apples, peanuts and caramel sauce in a bowl and transfer to a greased foil lined sheet tray. Set aside.
4. On a baking sheet, place 4 small bowls face down. Drape crêpes over the bowls and bake with the apple mixture for 8–10 minutes until peanuts are fragrant and crêpes are toasted.
5. Let crêpes rest for 2 minutes to harden and then fill each crêpe with a portion of the apple mixture. Top with a dollop of yogurt mixture before serving.
